Each Efficacy engagement with a district, in a school or a cluster of schools begins with an assessment of the client’s unique needs, then moves to development of a customized plan of work. The descriptions below provide a basic overview of our training and consulting services across the audiences we serve.
Initial Efficacy Presentation
To begin engagement with our approach, we offer Efficacy presentations to schools, districts, and community organizations, and at professional development conferences. Available in a variety of durations, our presentations introduce core Efficacy concepts, including our “3M’s”:
• Mission (academic proficiency and strong character for all children) • Mindset ("smart is something you can get") • Method (the data-driven Self-Directed Improvement System™).
Upon request, we will offer Efficacy presentations as stand-alone experiences, as well.
The Efficacy Approach comes alive when administrators and educators join together in aligning their beliefs and practices to the Mission, Mindset, and Method. Via curriculum, training, and execution support, our consultants help professionals within a school building infuse the “3 M’s” into the fabric of their daily functions, so that all levels they are working together, with a shared language, toward a common goal.
Our participants often tell us, I wish I had gotten Efficacy earlier in life. We share this sentiment wholeheartedly. In response we have developed a range of services that directly engage students from pre-K to college. These dynamic programs cater to students' unique backgrounds, and equip them with the tools they need be successful, now and in the future.
This training offers Efficacy concepts and tools to parents and families, to help them become more active partners in their child's education. As a result of attending this training, participants will understand that the Mission is academic proficiency and strong character for their children, learn core Efficacy concepts, and concrete strategies to help them get there.
